Traditional firefighting methods proved ineffective, prompting officials to turn to the advanced technique of cloud seeding.

The result was a man-made downpour that successfully quelled the blaze, demonstrating the power of combining technology with environmental management. Over 2,200 firefighters had been deployed to combat the fire, but it was the artificial rain that ultimately brought the situation under control.
